More than a smartphone launch, TECNO transformed the debut of CAMON SLIM 5G into a living fashion editorial, bringing together technology, Filipino design and the real stories of women behind “Make It Lighter.
TECNO launched the CAMON Slim 5G in the Philippines through the “Make it Lighter: The Living Cover Runway”, a fashion show experience highlighting women who make life lighter.
Unlike a traditional product launch, the entire evening was filled with glamour and finesse, highlighting the Filipino women who make everything look lighter in work, commutes, family, friendship, passions, and personal development.
The fashion show featured 15 Women in various walks of life. From athletes and celebrities to mothers who perfeclty represent the idea that anyone can make life lighter. We got to witness Ely Halig, Twinkle Dimayuga, Aubrey Miles, Carlyn Ocampo, Fuschia Anne Ravena, Max Collins, and Megan Young conquer the runway, featuring the thin and lightweight TECNO CAMON Slim 5G.
The fashion show featured the Burgundy Red, which is the hero color of the TECNO CAMON Slim 5G.
All 15 runway looks used burgundy as a common visual thread, but each was interpreted differently according to the woman wearing it, showing the similarities and contrasts of each empowered woman.
The evening also featured the renowned, award-winning artist and photographer Angélica Dass , highlighting women outside the typical stereotypes.
Above everything else that happened during the night, the star of the show remains the same: the TECNO CAMON Slim 5G.

This is available in burgundy red, matisse black, and rebel pink during the pre-order period. It will also be available in 3D white next month.

The TECNO MagBadge was also launched in the Philippine market last September 29, 2026. Priced at ₱5,999, it combines practical camera functions, featuring Rear Camera Preview, Remote Shutter, and Wireless Media Sync.
